The Bryan School of Business & Economics at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG) invites applications and nominations for the position of department head of the Department of Economics. The department head will hold a full-time, tenured faculty appointment most likely at the rank of professor. The position will commence July 1, 2013.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants should have an established record of high quality scholarship in applied microeconomics and/or econometrics. The successful applicant will have demonstrated ability to lead the department's undergraduate and graduate teaching, its sponsored and unsponsored research, and its overall contribution to the missions of the Bryan School and the University. Administrative experience and success with obtaining external funding are desirable.
