The Rutgers School of Law Research Paper Series contains abstracts and papers regarding a wide variety of law and law-related topics, reflecting the broad and diverse interests of more than 120 faculty members at Rutgers Law School, which has two locations in Camden and Newark. Papers should be submitted to Thea Johnson at thea.johnson@rutgers.edu. Submissions must include the paper (if consistent with other agreements), abstract, keywords, JEL classification, and the author's affiliation to Rutgers School Law.
