The USC Marshall School of Business (https://www.marshall.usc.edu/) was founded in 1920. The mission of the school is to develop business managers and scholars who will become thought leaders in all branches of business management. The school's MBA program is frequently ranked in the top 20 schools globally. Its research faculty are ranked among the top 10 most productive and impactful research departments by the UT Dallas ranking of business research. This working paper series is meant to share cutting edge research of the school's faculty in various fields of business management and solicit feedback to strengthen the quality and impact of the research.

SSRN's objective is to provide rapid, worldwide distribution of research to authors and their readers and to facilitate communication among them at the lowest possible cost. In pursuit of this objective, we allow authors to upload papers without charge. And, any paper an author uploads to SSRN is downloadable for free, worldwide.
