The McGill SGI Research Papers in Business, Finance, Law and Society promote diverse, cutting-edge scholarship with a focus on sustainability, finance, management, value chain governance, socio-legal analysis, legal pluralism, critical legal theory as well as law & political economy. Of central concern is the reassessment of both economic and legal premises for a well-functioning, democratically vibrant and ethnically, racially and gender inclusive society.
