Luxembourg Centre for European Law Research Paper Series

The Luxembourg Centre for European Law (LCEL) announces the launch of the 'Luxembourg Centre for European Law Research Paper Series' on SSRN. Building upon the legacy of the successful series initiated by the Max Planck Institute Luxembourg for Procedural Law in 2018, this series compiles pre-publication versions of scholarly articles, book chapters, reviews, and interim research reports spanning various legal domains. While keeping this focus, it will also now extends its reach to issues of European law.

The integrity and caliber of the research papers are upheld through a meticulous internal peer-review process, culminating in final approval by Prof. Pierre-Henri Conac, Editor of the Research Paper Series. The content remains the sole responsibility of the respective authors. Individuals are invited to download papers for personal use, adhering to standard copyright regulations.

The series will actively grow its content throughout this year and the years ahead. Although the papers included on the SSRN series begin in 2018, note that all previous contributions can be found on our website.
