The C. Boyden Gray Center for the Study of the Administrative State is a research center at George Mason University's Antonin Scalia Law School. It was founded in 2015 to serve as a home for research and debate on new and timeless questions surrounding administrative law and the administrative state. In just four years it has workshopped over 100 articles on a wide array of topics, from widely diverse perspectives. The papers are supported and presented in conjunction with research roundtables and public policy conferences hosted by the Gray Center. They generally fit into one of three categories: (1) administrative law; (2) the relationship between other constitutional values and public administration; and (3) regulatory subject-matter specific issues.
