ASEAN Journal of Legal Studies (AJLS) is a peer-reviewed journal which is dedicated to express views on all areas of law and serves as a forum for practical approaches to improve quality in issues related to law. It aims to initiate and foster academic dialogue concerning important issues in law, focusing in particular on Law in ASEAN and Asia, all in relation to ASEAN and Asia, as well as to increase the depth of legal issues with the aim to benefit the academic community and society, keeping in mind national, regional, and global perspectives.
