Job Description & Qualification

Candidates must have earned (or completed all requirements for) a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior or a closely related field before September 2022. We are especially interested in candidates with expertise in leadership-related areas (e.g., leadership development, team leadership, shared and collective leadership, digital leadership, strategic leadership, decision making, leadership related to DEI). Candidates should demonstrate a track record of, or a potential for, excellence in research (as demonstrated by publications in FT50 or ABS 4 and 4* journals) and teaching, and an ability to collaborate with the other faculty in the School of Business.
