Associate Professor of Finance

Job Description & Qualification

The Finance Division of the Price College of Business, University of Oklahoma, is in an ambitious, multi-year period of growth and renewal. As part of this expansion, applications are invited for a full-time position as Associate Professor of Finance beginning August 2019. To be considered for this position, all candidates must have the Ph.D. in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline, a strong publication record including in energy finance and related fields, and superior teaching skills. The successful candidate will ideally be qualified to provide leadership for the Division’s initiatives in energy finance, including the biennial University of Oklahoma Energy and Commodities Finance Research Conference. Experience in undertaking grant-funded research will be an added benefit. The appointment will include an endowed professorship for suitably qualified candidates. Salary will be competitive.
