ACCOUNTING - California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, California, Orfalea College of Business, Accounting Area invites applications for a full-time, academic year, tenure-track positions in Accounting beginning September 12,2019 (or mutually acceptable time). Candidates must have a doctorate in accounting or closely related discipline. Candidates must be academically qualified under AACSB standards. All applicants must demonstrate or have the potential to develop a strong teaching and research record. Ability to work with diverse students and/or engaging diversity in the curriculum is desirable. Rank and salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Job Requirements:
• Candidates must have a doctoral degree in accounting or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Candidate must demonstrate or have the potential to develop a strong teaching and research record.
• Candidate must be committed to project­ based learning and to engaging students in applied research.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
• The ability to collaborate with faculty across the College and University is desirable.
• Candidates who demonstrate a commitment to diversity are of particular interest.
