Associate Professor, Senior Lecturer / Lecturer in Accounting

Job Description & Qualification

The University of Queensland’s Business School invites applications for an Associate Professor to join our outstanding accounting discipline. We are seeking candidates with an established profile in high-quality research, strong experience in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, postgraduate supervision, and the ability to contribute to curriculum development in the School’s Accounting programs. A specialisation in financial accounting or audit is highly preferred.

We are also considering applications from Lecturers or Senior Lecturers (equivalent to an assistant professor). If you are an early to mid-career academic, we also encourage you to apply as there may be additional opportunities available at this level.

Applicants should possess a PhD in accounting or related area. Each candidate will have a profile in teaching and research within the discipline, as well as a track record of publications consistent with the rank for which they are applying.
