Job Description & Qualification

• Conducting research in Accounting and related areas intended for publication in top, peer-reviewed journals.
• Teaching courses in Accounting and related areas.
• Contributing to the intellectual research community including advising PhD students.

Required Qualifications:
• Ph.D. or ABD in Accounting, Business Administration, or related area from an AACSB-accredited institution by the time of appointment.
• High research potential or achievement in empirical or theoretical models in Accounting.
• Interest in teaching M.B.A., M.S., Undergraduate and Ph.D. courses in Accounting and related areas of the Simon School curriculum.
• Collaboration skills for partnering with colleagues in cohort-based degree programs.
• A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
