Job Description & Qualification

The Department of Accountancy is recruiting faculty for full-time appointments at the Assistant, Associate and Full Professor tenure-track ranks and specialized faculty appointments, which include clinical, lecturer, instructor, teaching, specialized research, adjunct and visiting for the 2023-2024 academic year. Candidates at advanced ranks must possess a PhD degree; candidates for assistant professor positions must possess or be near completion of a PhD degree. Applicants for senior positions are expected to provide leadership in the department, the university and in the Accountancy discipline. They should also have a strong research record and the ability to participate in doctoral education and curriculum development at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
Candidates for Lecturer or Teaching positions must possess a PhD or equivalent terminal degree. Candidates for instructor, adjunct, research and clinical positions must have at least a Master’s degree or equivalent degree and extensive professional experience. Compensation is competitive and will be commensurate with the appointment level and applicant’s record.
