Job Description:

The William Newman Department of Real Estate is seeking applicants for a tenure track Assistant /Associate Professor position starting Fall 2023.

The successful candidate will engage in high quality scholarly research and publish their work in top-tier academic journals and teach a variety of basic and advanced real estate courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Rank is dependent on qualifications.

Candidates will be required to provide proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 upon commencing employment. Exemption (medical or religious) requests to this requirement will be considered in accordance with applicable law. Ph.D. in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a closely related discipline. Successful candidates should possess a demonstrated ability to conduct high-quality scholarly research and publication, outstanding teaching skills, and a willingness to participate in the growing Real Estate programs at Baruch actively.
