Visiting Assistant Professor of Finance

Job Description & Qualification

The Department of Finance in the School of Business at Providence College is seeking a visiting assistant professor in the areas of international finance and business analysis and analytical decision making for a one-term appointment for spring 2023 beginning January 1, 2023, with the possibility of renewal for one or both terms of the 2023-24 academic year.

The successful candidate for this fulltime adjunct position will be expected to teach undergraduate courses in international finance and potentially an introductory course focusing on business analysis and analytical decision making. Candidates with an inclination toward international finance and business analytics are highly encouraged to apply. A Ph.D. or D.B.A. in finance or a closely related field, preferably from an AACSB-accredited institution, is preferred. Candidates who are ABD will also be considered.
