Scope and Theme of CEMA 2025: CEMA Annual Meetings are benchmark academic conferences, gathering researchers and practitioners engaged in the application of economics, finance, mathematics, operations, and risk management to commodity and energy markets. CEMA 2025 will continue to welcome contributions in all areas of commodity and energy markets, but its theme will be the ongoing CLEAN ENERGY TRANSITION, emphasizing issues pertaining to climate change and sustainability as they relate to commodity and energy markets. Paper Awards:
- CEMA Best Paper Award (€500)
- CEMA Best PhD Paper Award (€500)
- ESSEC-Amundi Best ESG Paper Award (€1,500) to reward the best paper focusing on Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) concerns in the commodity space.

Special Issue: The Journal of Commodity Markets plans to publish a special issue on the theme of CEMA 2025.
