Associate or Full Professor of Finance

The University of Central Florida invites applications for an associate or full professor position in the College of Business Administration's Department of Finance and Dr. Phillips School of Real Estate. A doctoral degree in finance is required. Preference will be given to candidates with strong skills in quantitative and empirical methods. A computer science background, with demonstrated skills such as fluency in R, Python and data visualization, is highly desirable. Applicants must have significant potential for high-quality research and must demonstrate excellence in teaching.

With some 8,500 undergraduate and 1,000 graduate students enrolled, the UCF College of Business Administration is one of the largest AACSB-accredited business colleges in the nation. The college offers part-time, executive and professional MBA programs as well as master's degrees in accounting, management, real estate, taxation, and sports business management. The college also offers a Ph.D. in business administration with tracks in accounting, finance, management, and marketing.

The Finance Department (which includes the Dr. P. Phillips School of Real Estate) has 21 full-time faculty members including 15 tenured and tenure-track individuals. In addition to the Ph.D. in Finance degree, the department offers a Professional Masters of Real Estate (P.M.R.E.) degree and undergraduate degrees in finance and real estate.
