Assistant Professor of Finance

The School of Management at Binghamton University (State University of New York at Binghamton) invites applications for a tenure-track position at the Assistant Professor level in the area of Finance starting in Fall of 2018, subject to budgetary approval.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Candidates must have a PhD degree by Fall 2018 and demonstrate the ability to conduct high quality research as evidenced by publication in top-tier journals and sound teaching credentials. The normal teaching load is two courses per semester.

ABOUT THE SCHOOL OF MANAGEMENT: The School of Management is accredited by AACSB and ranked among the top public undergraduate business programs. The school offers Bachelors, Masters, and PhD programs in Finance. The Finance faculty in the School of Management have a consistent record of scholarly achievement and published in high-quality journals that include Journal of Political Economy, Journal of Finance, Journal of Financial Economics, Review of Financial Studies, and Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis.
