Endowed Chair in Finance

The University of Kansas, School of Business invites applications or nominations for an endowed chair in finance. This position starts in Fall 2018. Salary and support are competitive.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Candidates will be considered at either the full Professor or Associate Professor levels. Applicants should have a Ph.D. in finance or a closely related field; an outstanding publication record in top tier journals in finance or closely related fields; an established or growing international reputation in finance; and a history of effective teaching in the area of finance.

For all candidates, we prefer expertise in at least two of the following areas: corporate finance, financial institutions, international finance, market microstructure, investments, or risk management.
