In cooperation with the Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Allahabad, the Engineering Research Network (EngRN) is pleased to announce the International Conference on Advances in Electronics, Electrical & Computational Intelligence (ICAEEC) 2019 online proceedings. The proceedings are available to all users at no charge and contain abstracts of publicly available papers presented at the conference with links to the full text in the SSRN eLibrary.

It is a great privilege for us to present the proceedings of ICAEEC 2019 to the authors and delegates of the event organized by the Indian Institute of Information Technology Allahabad from May 31 - June 01, 2019. We hope that you will find it useful, exciting, and inspiring.

ICAEEC 2019 aimed to provide a platform for discussing the issues, challenges, opportunities, and findings of the research work. The ever-changing scope and rapid development in the field of Electrical, Electronics & Computational Engineering create new problems and questions, resulting in the real need for sharing brilliant ideas and stimulating awareness of this relevant research field. The support received and the enthusiasm witnessed truly exceeded our expectations. Therefore, on the day of completion of this journey, we are delighted with a high level of satisfaction and aspiration. The response to the call for papers was overwhelming - both from India and from overseas. Unfortunately, many manuscripts from prestigious institutions could not be accepted due to reviewing outcomes and our capacity constraints. We received more than 250 papers. Out of that number, on the recommendation of the program committee and the subsequent comments of the reviewers, only 104 papers were selected. We would like to express our gratitude and appreciation for all of the reviewers who helped us maintain the high quality of the manuscripts available in the proceedings on SSRN.

The proceedings are organized into three tracks corresponding to each track of the conference, namely:
• Advances in Computational Intelligence & Its Applications
• Current Developments in Electrical Engineering Systems
• Recent Trends in Electronics & Communication Engineering

The proceedings include emerging technologies in the fields of wideband metamaterial absorber, MIMO antenna for satellite communication, brain tumor detection using MATLAB, NOMA techniques for 5G, ANN-based OFDM system bridgeless converters for SMPS, design, and control of DC/AC microgrid systems, solar photo-voltaic systems, DFIG based wind energy systems, Big Data classification, a robust algorithm for diabetic edema, IoT devices for smart car parking, image steganography, PSO and gravitation search algorithm, etc.

We are pleased that the proceedings of ICAEEC 2019 are now available on SSRN. We appreciate that the authors of ICAEEC 2019 may want to maximize the popularity of their papers and we will try our best to support them in their endeavors. In the end, sincere thanks to all the Program Committee members, our reviewers for referring submitted manuscripts, and student volunteers for help in conference planning and organization. We extend our special thanks to all the invited speakers, authors, and all the members' fraternity for their unparalleled support to make the conference memorable. We look forward to having your help and guidance in the future as well.
