International Conference on Drug Discovery (ICDD) 2020Logo
ICDD (International Conference on Drug Discovery) 2020 was a unique conference conducted by Schrödinger Inc, USA in collaboration with BITS Hyderabad providing platforms for scientists from Global Pharma R&D and academia to come together and discuss the recent advancements in drug design and discovery. The conference provided a unique opportunity to interact with top scientists from both industry and academia to understand the changing landscape of drug discovery. In addition to scientific presentations, there were a panel discussion and poster sessions for networking with the scientists.

The primary objective of the conference was to provide a strong background of computer-aided drug design (CADD) which is a vital component of modern drug discovery programs that utilizes computational approaches to identify, develop and optimize hit or lead compounds for the development of drugs covering major areas of drug design such as: Molecular Modelling, Molecular Dynamics Simulations, Organic Synthesis, Small Molecule Drug Design, Computer Aided Drug Design, Medicinal Chemistry, Computational Biology, Pharmaceutical Formulation & Analysis and Pharmacology.
