Charles University in Prague Faculty of Law Legal Studies Research Paper Series

Founded in 1348 by the Czech King and Roman Emperor Charles IV, Universitas Carolina Pragensis is the oldest university in Central Europe and the 19th oldest university in continuous operation in the world. The purpose of the Prague Law Working Papers Series is to enhance the research activities of the Law Faculty members, promote their current work already in-progress and introduce their achievements to the international audience, facilitating discussion and critical feedback between authors and their readers.
