The Department of Management and Technology at Bocconi University is committed to conducting rigorous and cutting-edge research in entrepreneurship, organizational behavior, organization theory, strategy, innovation and technology management. Our faculty publishes in leading international journals in the field of management and serves on the editorial leadership of these journals and their respective associations such as the Strategic Management Society and the Academy of Management. We are a multidisciplinary research community that promotes the study of the most relevant and fundamental issues that affect the profession of management. The department aims to maintain and develop its leadership position in Europe and word-wide community.

Funded by a donation from Milan's Invernizzi Foundation, ICRIOS is a research center at Bocconi University created to be a reference point for cutting-edge, multidisciplinary and collaborative research on innovation, organization, strategy and entrepreneurship, with the explicit objective to influence in a significant way both the academic debate and management practice. ICRIOS promotes collaboration and knowledge sharing at any stage of the research process, especially among scholars in diverse and complementary fields, based across nations, and working in different research traditions. ICRIOS fellows are selected among recognized experts in their field of study.

SDA Bocconi School of Management, founded in 1971, takes care of the post-experience management education. Bocconi conceives higher education as a continuous process that spans the entire professional life of an individual. The University promotes both economic advancement and civic values, by instilling in Bocconians solid analytical skills and a strong emphasis on ethics, so that they can contribute to the innovation and development of European business and society.
