Lecturer or Senior Lecturer
The School of Accounting and Commercial Law at Victoria University of Wellington is seeking to appoint one Lecturer or Senior Lecturer in Financial Accounting, and one Lecturer or Senior Lecturer in Auditing, Accounting Information Systems or Taxation.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: The successful candidates will be active researchers and enthusiastic teachers with a record of peer-reviewed journal publications commensurate with the level of appointment. Experience in establishing successful relationships with professional and practitioner groups would also be desirable; as would an interest in public sector/not-for-profit accounting.
Applicants for the position of Lecturer/Senior Lecturer should have a PhD. However, applicants for the position of Lecturer who are close to completion of their PhD will also be considered.
