ABOUT THE ROLE:
- $101,524 - $119,683 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading
- Fixed Term (5 Year) Convertible Tenure Track
- Full-time (35 hours per week)

The School of Accounting at the University of New South Wales (UNSW) Sydney, Australia seeks to make two new appointments at the Lecturer level. These roles are expected to make contributions to teaching in the School and to carry out activities to maintain and develop their scholarly research and professional activities.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS; To be successful in this role you will have:
- A PhD degree in Accounting or related discipline (or equivalent research record) or expected to complete their degree requirements in the next academic year.
- Expected or demonstrated excellence in publishing in top accounting journals.
- A demonstrated ability for teaching and curriculum development at both undergraduate and postgraduate level in Accounting.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to work with staff and students from diverse backgrounds.
- An ability to supervise honours and postgraduate research students.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to obtain research funding and participate in collaborative research and educational projects.
- Willingness to be involved with and contribute to the accounting profession.
- Knowledge of EEO/AA principles and OHS responsibilities and commitment to attending relevant training.
