World Health Special Topic Hub

SSRN’s World Health Special Topic Hub highlights early-stage research focused on improving health, well-being, and quality of life. World Health Day is celebrated every year on 7 April to commemorate the founding of the World Health Organization (WHO) which celebrates its 75th anniversary in 2023. As part of the United Nations system and the leading global health authority, the WHO’s six-point agenda summarizes their work in promoting development; fostering health security; strengthening health systems; enhancing partnerships; improving performance; and harnessing information, research, and evidence. This hub presents curated insights from many disciplines that may inform the ongoing conversation about world health.
