In cooperation with Tribology Society of India, the Engineering Research Network (EngRN) is pleased to announce the TRIBOINDIA-2018 An International Conference on Tribology online proceedings. The proceedings are available to all users at no charge and contain abstracts of publicly available papers presented at the conference with links to the full text in the SSRN eLibrary.
The conference was organised by the Dept. of Mechanical Engineering, VJTI between 13-15th Dec. 2018 under the aegis of the Tribology Society of India (TSI). The conference was sponsored by IOCL, BPCL, SBI, Aimil, DRDO, Ace Instruments, GE, CoE-CNDS, AICTE, SERB, and BRNS.
The conference conducted the following tracks: Tribology of Bearing, Tribology, Materials, Lubricants, Wear, Surface Coating, Condition Monitoring, General Engineering, Biotribology, and Tribotesting.
The conference included the plenary sessions of: Prof. Satish Kailas (IISc. Bangalore), Dr. Harish Hirani (CMERI), Dr. Harprashad (RTech), Prof. P.K. Limaye (BARC), Dr. N.K. Hada (DRDO), Dr. Micael Fillon, France, T. Nagaraju. The conference helped in establishing the network of active collaboration between academia and industry. This will foster research in the field of tribology.
