These proceedings contain a selection of papers presented at the 13th International RAIS Conference on Social Sciences and Humanities held at Johns Hopkins University, Montgomery County Campus, Rockville, MD, on June 10-11, 2019. The conference was organized by the Research Association for Interdisciplinary Studies. The purpose of our events is to encourage academics and researchers from around the world to share their experiences, achievements, research findings, and to discuss and exchange ideas on issues in the field of social sciences and humanities.
