In cooperation with International Association of Academicians (IAASSE) and Malaviya National Institute of Technology (MNIT), Jaipur (India), the Information Systems & eBusiness Network (ISN) is pleased to announce 3rd International Conference on Advances in Internet of Things & Connected Technologies (ICIoTCT) 2018 online proceedings. The proceedings are available to all users at no charge and contain abstracts of publicly available papers presented at the conference with links to the full text in the SSRN eLibrary.

It is a great matter of pleasure for us to present the "Proceedings of 3rd International Conference on Internet of Things and Connected Technologies (ICIoTCT), 2018" covering 166 relevant papers that was organized at Malaviya National Institute of Technology, Jaipur (India) on March 26-27, 2018.

The ICIoTCT 2018 conference was a platform to discuss advances in Internet of Things (IoT) and connected technologies (various protocol, standards, etc.). The recent adoption of a variety of enabling wireless communication technologies such as RFID tags, BLE, ZigBee, etc. and embedded sensor and actuator nodes, and various protocols such as CoAP, MQTT, DNS, etc. have brought IoT out of its infancy. Now, smart sensors can collaborate directly with machines without human involvement to automate decision making or to control a task. Smart technologies including green electronics, green radios, fuzzy neural approaches and intelligent signal processing techniques play important roles for the developments of wearable healthcare systems.

The papers presented at ICIoTCT 2018 went through strict refereeing and examination resulting in a current rejection rate of 59.2%. We are delighted to say that this is in no small part due to the hard work of the Chairs and reviewers, in not only refereeing the papers submitted but raising the standard of the quality of papers that we are going to include in the Elsevier-SSRN eLibrary.

Last but not the least, we are thankful to the people who have worked with us in planning and organizing both technical arrangements. In particular, we are thankful to the program chairs for their support; the technical chairs and technical program committee for their timely reviewing of papers.

Hope that the quality research work included in this conference will provide something new to Humanity and Science.
