JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Candidates should hold a PhD. These positions will require high levels of scholarship, teaching and collegiality. At the associate- and full-professor level, we seek a motivated and well-trained scholar with an established research record in the highest-quality, top-tier journals in the discipline. At the assistant level, we seek recent graduates who can demonstrate the ability to attain a superior research record by publishing in top-tier journals. Evidence of effective teaching is required.
