Assistant, Associate or Full Professor of Finance

The Finance Department of HEC Paris invites applications for a faculty position in finance (at the assistant, associate, or full professor level) starting with the 2017 Fall semester. The successful candidate is expected to undertake research resulting in top journal publications and to be an excellent teacher.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants must have a PhD in Finance or Economics (with strong research credentials in finance) or be near completion. We welcome applications in any field of finance. Knowledge of the French language is not required as all finance teaching is in English.

ABOUT THE SCHOOL: HEC Paris (http://www.hec.edu), France's top "Ivy League" Business School, is located just outside of Paris and can be reached in 30 minutes away by car from the city. The school has a core MSc in Management program with 500 students entering each year. In addition, it offers an MSc in International Finance, an Executive MSc in Finance, a PhD in Finance, an MBA, as well as various executive education programs. HEC Paris has been consistently ranked among the top-2 European Business Schools by the Financial Times since 2006. The Finance Department's MSc in International Finance is ranked #1 worldwide by the Financial Times for the past five years.
