This eJournal distributes working and accepted paper abstracts related to the interface between the social activities of firms, their corporate social responsibility stance, and customers. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to, consumers' willingness to pay for the social attributes of products, the role of social responsibility in influencing consumer attitudes and perceptions, and how consumer demand can influence firm product and service decisions.
