Facility Design
This abstracting journal distributes working and accepted papers related to work-centers, material handling, layout of plants and warehouses, and site specifications for an optimal manufacturing facility design. The journal welcomes research with a focus on how facility design can reduce material handling efforts within the facility. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to, layout and location of plants, warehouses, site specifications, underlying technologies and the proper methods for achieving optimal results in manufacturing and other operations through facility design.
