This diversification may occur through mergers, acquisitions, internal start-up, strategic alliances, joint ventures, and green field ventures. Topics may address, but are not limited to, cross-business strategic fit, resource allocation priorities, performance prospects, degree of coupling, restructuring, cultural fit, combination strategies, added-value testing, and post-diversification strategies.
