This eJournal distributes working and accepted paper abstracts that focus on interorganizational networks and organizational behavior. Submitted papers may be conceptual or empirical in nature. The purpose of this eJournal is to enhance understanding of the impact of interorganizational network structures on the individuals who work within those structures as well as the consequences of the actions taken by those individuals on organizational outcomes and effectiveness. Interorganizational networks can support or constrain individual behavior in organizations and may be viewed from multiple perspectives including, but not limited to, theories related to resource dependence and access, trust, power and control, and signaling.
