This eJournal distributes working and accepted paper abstracts that focus on innovation and organizational behavior. The research in the eJournal includes both historical and contemporary research pertaining to innovation and organizational behavior. Submitted papers may be conceptual or empirical in nature and may address any of the phases of the innovation process, including development, adoption, resistance, implementation, and diffusion. The purpose of the eJournal is to enhance understanding of how and why individual acting in organizations influence innovation.
