Editor: Guhan Subramanian
Harvard Business School
This eJournal distributes working and accepted paper abstracts that provide applications of negotiation theory. Negotiation applications are broadly defined to encompass negotiation situations in which the context is emphasized rather than solely the underlying theory. Sample applications include: political and ethnic conflict; mergers & acquisitions; settlement of litigation; entertainment/sports deal-making; etc. All research methods are acceptable, including large-sample analysis, experiments, case study analysis, and survey research.
