This eJournal distributes working and accepted paper abstracts in various areas of third party intervention into negotiations and/or conflict resolution. Papers can include analytic modeling, field, archival, or laboratory research, conceptual papers, and/or case studies. All substantive areas are welcome, including (but not limited to): techniques, strategies, tactics, and outcomes of mediation; forms of mediation and arbitration; influence of third party behavior on disputants' perceptions, attitudes, and behaviors; agency issues, and organization-level interventions and grievance procedures.
