Marketing/Management Position

The Hillsdale College Economic and Business Administration (EBA) Department invites applications for a tenure-track position at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor beginning August 2013. The teaching focus for this position will include undergraduate management courses including Principles of Management, Strategic Management, Operations Management, and Project Management. Ideal candidates will have demonstrated teaching ability; industry experience is preferred.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: An earned doctorate in Management or a closely related discipline, preferably from an AACSB-accredited institution, is required for appointment. ABD candidates will also be considered. In addition to teaching responsibilities, the individual will be responsible for advising undergraduate students, working with student organizations, contributing to assessment of student learning outcomes, and engaging in service activities with colleagues, the department, college, campus, community and professional organizations.
