Full Professor of Human Resource Management
JOB DESCRIPTION: The successful candidate will serve as a Director of the Institute for Leadership and Human Resource Management, make a significant contribution to research and to teaching within existing degree programmes across the University, and develop further networks with corporations and partner universities.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants should have an international reputation for socially relevant research within the field of HR Management, substantiated by publications in leading journals; proven teaching ability at the undergraduate, graduate, doctoral and ideally also at the executive level; and a track record of research funding. They will have demonstrated their capacity and interest in working with companies in the field of HR management. The University has set a priority of increasing the number of international scholars among its faculty. It actively pursues a policy of diversity and gender equality in all areas of its activities.
