          Marketing Human Resources Production and Logistics


     The Karl-Franzens-University of Graz, Austria, Faculty of
     Social and Economic Studies invites applications for Full
     Professorships from 1 October 2008 in Marketing Human
     Resources Production and Logistics.


     JOB DESCRIPTION:

     The holders of the chairs are expected to represent this
     field in research and teaching and to contribute to the
     distinct research profile of the Faculty. They should
     contribute to the teaching in the first years of the
     business administration program and to the research in
     these core fields.


     JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

     Applicants are required to have earned a habilitation or
     have equivalent academic credentials. They also must have a
     record of teaching performance. Applicants should have an
     outstanding publication record in the field, including in
     particular articles in high-quality and international
     journals. In addition, they are expected to have good
     international research contacts and to be willing and able
     to raise external funds for research projects. Applicants
     are expected to have leadership competencies in gender
     mainstreaming. The University of Graz is committed to the
     policy of increasing the ratio of female members of its
     academic staff and therefore particularly encourages women

     priority.
