     The Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at
     Eberhard Karls Universitat Tubingen invites applications
     for two full-time tenured positions, Professor of
     International Economics and Professor of International
     Management.


     JOB DESCRIPTION/QUALIFICATIONS:

     Candidates are expected to have a strong record of
     publications in the relevant peer-reviewed field journals,
     as well as extensive academic teaching experience in their
     fields. The faculty is firmly committed to academic
     research and it maintains a strong focus on international
     economics and management. The successful candidates are
     expected to enhance this research focus through a
     collaborative continuation of their research. In addition,
     they shall contribute to the teaching capacity of the
     faculty in its newly established M.Sc. and B.Sc. programs,
     as well as its graduate level teaching.

     Applicants should have (a) a solid academic qualification
     (e.g. PhD, Postdoc [Habilitation]); (b) an outstanding
     international reputation in high quality scholarship and
     research in the respective areas and (c) a strong record in
     attracting research funding and (d) a demonstrated
     commitment to excellence in teaching.

     We stress high research achievement in the respective areas
     and an interest in teaching on bachelor, master, and PhD
     levels. Non German-speaking candidates are expected to
     acquire proficiency in German over a certain period of
     time.

     Employment will be in accordance with the State of Baden-
     Wurttemberg public service payment schedule (W3), and is
     expected to commence on October 1st, 2008.
