Announcing Two New MRN Research Networks
We are pleased to announce the creation of the Corporate Strategy & Business Policy Network (POL) and the International Business & Management Network (INTL) within the Management Research Network. Both networks will provide a worldwide, online community for research in all areas related to their respective focuses, following the model of other subject matter networks within SSRN.
We expect POL and INTL to become comprehensive online resources for research in business and management studies, providing scholars with access to current work in their field and facilitating research and scholarship.
POL's founding director is Michael C. Jensen, Managing Director, Organizational Strategy Practice, Monitor Company; Professor of Organizational Strategy, Monitor University; Jesse Isidor Straus Professor of Business Administration Emeritus, Harvard Business School; and Chairman of Social Science Electronic Publishing, Inc. Initially, POL will begin with the following 9 subject matter eJournals, and subscriptions will be free during the start-up phase until November 2009.
INTL's founding director is Timothy M. Devinney, AGSM Professorial Research Fellow, University of New South Wales - School of Strategy and Entrepreneurship.
