JOB DESCRIPTION/QUALIFICATIONS: The successful applicant will be committed to undertaking high quality research and research-informed teaching in Corporate and Commercial Law. He or she may also have interests and strengths in one or more of the following areas of private law: the Law of Contract, Equity, Torts, Land Law, Personal Property, Insolvency, Competition Law, Finance and Securities Law, Banking Law, Intellectual Property, Tax and Employment Law.
