The University of Minnesota Law School is searching for a senior chaired, tenured appointment in the field of Law, Science & Technology (broadly defined); areas of particular interest include environmental and energy law, scientific evidence, health law, and intellectual property.

REQUIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Candidates should have an exceptional scholarly publication record, strong peer indicators of esteem, and clear evidence of interest and preferably a willingness to begin in the 2013-2014 academic year. Applicants should hold a J.D. degree or equivalent academic qualification and should demonstrate a commitment to law teaching. Qualified candidates will normally hold a tenured academic position with an appointment at the full professor level or its equivalent. Competitive candidates will normally have a minimum of 10-15 years of full time teaching experience.
