     ABOUT PHOENIX SCHOOL OF LAW:

PhoenixLaw was founded in 2004 as a dual-division law
school and a member of InfiLaw Holding, LLC ("InfiLaw"), a
consortium of independent law schools. Like other schools
in the consortium, PhoenixLaw is characterized by a
commitment to student outcome-centeredness, a practice-
ready legal education, and service to underserved
communities. PhoenixLaw is an independent entity and
manages it own admission processes, academic programs, and
faculty and staff appointments. PhoenixLaw aims to achieve
excellence primarily on the basis of a shared commitment to
student outcomes and is especially attentive and responsive
to the profession's evolving expectations and demands of
law school graduates. Key reference points for
institutional definition and planning are the Carnegie
Report, the Stuckey Report, and the MacCrate Report.

PhoenixLaw is located in the heart of the Phoenix
metropolitan area. This area is the nation's fifth largest
in population, with an estimated population of 4,179,427 as
of December 2007. PhoenixLaw is one of only three law
schools in the state of Arizona. It is the only law school
actually located in the city of Phoenix. Arizona's two
public law schools are located in Tempe and Tucson,
Arizona. PhoenixLaw has established itself as an
institution that is committed to becoming a leader in
outcome-based legal education. The School's program of
study is designed to prepare students for success on the
bar examination and in the professional practice of law.
PhoenixLaw received first pass provisional accreditation in
June 2007. Having established that it is in substantial
compliance with all ABA standards, PhoenixLaw is seeking
full accreditation approval with a scheduled ABA site visit
     in October 2009.
