JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Department of Law of the Zicklin School of Business at
Bernard M. Baruch College (CUNY) invites applications to
fill full-time tenure-track position at the Assistant or
Associate Professor rank to teach undergraduate and
graduate courses in business law subjects including the
fundamentals of business law, business organizations, legal
environment, business regulation, and real estate. Full-
time faculty have a 2-4 day schedule teaching 9 or 12 hours
per week plus student conference hours for two 14 week
semesters per year. No more than an average of eight hours
per week of outside employment is permitted. Full-time
faculty are also expected to devote significant time to
scholarly publication, college service and student
counseling. Baruch College is a multi-ethic, multi-racial

research.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
A Juris Doctor Degree and admission to any state bar are
required. A significant publication record and demonstrated
teaching effectiveness are desired for an appointment to
the assistant professor rank and required for appointment
to the associate professor rank.
