The Griffith Law School Legal Studies Research Paper Series publishes a wide-array of scholarship written by members of the law school, our doctoral students, and visiting scholars. The research paper series includes published articles, book chapters, works in progress, and abstracts. Griffith Law School (GLS) was opened on the 24th of February 1992. Since its inception, GLS has been guided by an ethos of social justice in all areas of legal study. It strives to prepare students to make a difference nationally and internationally.
