The Vermont Law School Legal Studies Research Paper Series contains a wide range of papers from scholars at the Vermont Law School. Vermont is particularly known for its work in Environmental Law and related subjects such as Natural Resources, Energy and Land Use, and papers on these topics are well represented. Vermont's scholarship also embodies a diverse spectrum of additional doctrinal and interdisciplinary interests, and the papers in this series reflect this diversity as well.
