We are pleased to announce the Center on Law and Globalization has started a Legal Scholarship Network (LSN) Law Research Centers Paper Series.

The Center on Law and Globalization Research Papers Series is a project of the Center on Law and Globalization established by the American Bar Foundation and the University of Illinois College of Law. The series features important and up-to-date perspectives on the impact of globalization on law produced by its directors and associated faculty. The center's work is interdisciplinary and will draw on cases from human rights, development, and health to examine broad issues of norm formation, implementation, and global governance.

Authors may upload papers to the eLibrary without charge through the SSRN User HeadQuarters at http://hq.ssrn.com. All author-uploaded papers are available for worldwide free downloading.

Downloads from the SSRN eLibrary in the past 12 months total more than 5.75 million, with more than 22.7 million downloads since inception. Downloads are currently running at a rate of 7 million per year.

SSRN provides worldwide free access to all papers included in all of our institutional Research Paper Series, and all other papers uploaded to the eLibrary directly by an author.
