The 19th annual St.Gallen International Competition Law Forum 2012 (ICF), that took place on June 7th and 8th 2012, hosted a wide range of renown speakers, including Joaquin Almunia (Vice-President of the European Commission), William Kovacic (Former Commissioner of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission), Andreas Mundt (President of the German Federal Cartel Office) and many more. More than 160 participants discussed the hot topics of the field, including merger control, judicial review and parent company liability. The proceedings of the conference are published in our new SSRN eJournal. More information about the conference and the program for the 2013 ICF are available on www.sg-icf.ch.
